The best thing I've found is once the wheels are clean and dry carefully apply some plastic trim treatment, it never completely dries on painted surfaces so normally washes off easier, failing that brake dust coloured wheels 08 2.7 RRS "S"

Poor boys wheel wax,give them a good clean using Bilberry or APC.Then wax them,then next time you clean them just a quick spray with bilberry and the brake dust will just wash off |

I use watered down alloy wheel cleaner in one of those garden spray bottles, a quick spray on and it just power washes off easy |

I swapped the original pads out with EBC red stuff on my MY08 TDV8 (Brembos) Much cleaner,

What is Bilberry/APC for us poor antipodean cousins?

Bilberry is a non acidic wheel cleaner. APC is Meguiars All Purpose Cleaner.

Ok I can get the Meguiars the Bilberry looks like Ebay and shipping from UK.
