Upper tailgate trim panel fastening metal strip part number?

Hello

When replacing my upper tailgate release button I noticed the metal strip that is holding the upper tailgate plastic trim is quite rusty and would like to get a new one. Anyone have the LR part number?
The part number on the picture is 40678.
