Firstly this is not my speeding thread you are responding to. Secondly I was driving about 15 hours after my last drink, perfectly sober. Thirdly, whether a judge thinks its a try-on or not, that's not good enough, they have to PROVE it. |

Johnny - absolutely innocent until proven guilty and the onus is on the CPS to prove who was driving |

the adaptive cruise does use brakes to slow you down going down hill, I just experienced it ============
