Super sevens? Sloane bodykit?

Can Any one help I'm picking my 2010 rrs up on Friday. They have offered me super seven 22" for £1700 with tyres fitted? Is this any good and does it effect the ride and implicate the insurance? They have also offered me a sloane bodykit, although I have never heard of this? That's £5900 fitted. Any comments would really help. Cheers RRS

I presume you mean Overfinch supersport 7 spoke 22"........if they are real it is an unbelievable price, but I doubt they are.

If they are real they will have "Overfinch" stamped on the back of the wheel, the centre cap will be slightly Censored than a LR one and they will each be rated for 1050kg.

You will not notice hardly any difference from 20" in my experience.

If they are fakes/replicas don't bother, they will void your warranty and impact on insurance.

Genuine Overfinchs are great but I have never seen them for £1700 with tyres......I paid £2800 and that was cheap!

On the body kit I have never heard of it and would say NO NO NO!!!!
Thumbs Up

Cheers Johnny how do i find out if they are 1050 i think you said? Does it effect the drive in snow on 22 can you still adjust height for 4*4? So know to bodykit although it looked fantastic, i will try and post them. So if i go fo the 22" would you suggest i ask for the original wheels and tyres? Cheers Johnny RRS

Craig,

The 22s dont affect your ability to go into offroad height. As long as they have Overfinch stamped on the BACK and FRONT of one of the spokes, they should be genuine, and make sure they have a premium brand tyre and you will be fine.

Mine is an autobiography so presume the kit would make it look like mine (see link below in my sig)

Ask for your original wheels and tyres back if they swap them over for you then put some wintrac xtream 4 winter tyres on, 22" in snow are not good. As jonny may find out come winter time Laughing
