Come on chris, this lady is asking for honest advice because she is in a bit of a pickle and asking for our help here, Pinky, its a bit difficult to give you a relistic price not knowing all the facts and figures, a dealer won't give you anywhere near what its worth and they will say its too old for their forecourt, if you want to e-mail me or PM me the details i will do my best to give you some honest answers, but as said above check what agreement you have in place first

Have spoken to her just now....wants a quick sale, so going to look at trade prices first and avoid negative equity. Think a TDV6 HSE 55 plate, mid 50k miles....black with alpacca, 22 wheels. Nav and Bluetooth. Tax and MOT. No warranty. Pic to follow.

I'm thinking 20,000 - 21,000, what do you think....but trade might come in at 19'ish me thinks.....

Thanks mate. That's what I thought at trade price, but need to get to as close to 21 k as I can. so it may need a quick advert on Pistonheads, but need to find a member closer to the car....

I was offered £21K for a 55 plate HSE as a trade in ( this was before I took it off road - see other thread). Mine does only have 40K miles on mine though. Was looking at trading in against a FFRR so I don't know if they were giving me a better price.

I think its great you guys supporting the sale like you are...

A question Isnt the average miles 12k per year? so correct me if im wrong 2006 - 2011 is 5 yrs so 60k is bang on average - unless i missread the mileage somewhere? Mike
