Can any one help please, i am trying to renew my A/C Condenser on my Range rover 4.2 sc 2005.
Can any one tell me the part number i am looking for,

I am not in the UK at the moment, so just trying to order one online, so it is at home for my return.

If you are trying to renew this yourself you will need appropriate equipment to recover the refrigerant and vac the system and also refrigerant handling certificates for the gas.

Many thanks for the info, the system is empty now, so once i refit it myself, i will get a trained person to refill it and test it for me.

You will need to vac the system before refilling, best fitting the part yourself then visiting the specialist to have the system leak tested, vacced and charged.

When you open the system to atmosphere you will introduce moisture into the system, this is removed by the process of pulling the entire system into a vaccum and boiling off any moisture inside. The system also needs to be leak tested prior to a vaccum as the vac will not hold on a system with leaks.
