2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black

sterio help please

can someone please tell me when driving my sport the sterio will only turn up to number 19 then on the sterio display a message with car battery picture and LOW POWER MODE seem to be more at night when lights are on but sure its in daytime to is it the battery f---ed or sterio settings ? paul
