blanking egr valves

hi has anybody done this with just the 2 blanking plates as sold on ebay did they just blank them of or did they remove anything else aswell ?

have seen the blanking plates 4 in total to remove the pipes completly then remove the butterfly does this have to be done or can i just blank the 2 pipes of thanks

I've fitted just the two plates and left everything else on, Not sure if it's the best option but it looks standard under the engine cover still Cheers Paul

Fitted a kit from Pete at Bell Autos, which has everything and very clear instructions, does the whole job.
