Sava Eskimo SUV 255/50 R19 107V XL

Does anyone know anything about these tyres??...been offered them at £180/corner after being told that the Vredestein Wintrac 4Xtreme's that I ordered could now take upto 6 weeks for delivery and will cost £255/each!!! ... that!!!
