Hi all i am new to this so you will have to bear with me. I own a 2007 Factory supercharged HST RRS. Somebody clipped the n/s/f corner of my front bumper knocking the parking senor off. I have now had the bumper repaired but am finding it extremely difficult in finding a replacement parking sensor surround which hold the sensor in place on the bumper. I did order an Hse one when but they are different. I am now being told by land rover that the HST parking sensors surrounds are moulded to the bumpers therefore i have to buy a hole new bumper for £500. Surely must be a way around this. Please any suggestion would really be appreciated!

2 months on and still no joy. Even Land rover customer services are unable to help. They say that they are are unable to provide this part as they are supplied moulded to the bumper but surely all they would have to do is call the part supplier and and them to send a pdc mount as they must have them laying around as they mould them to the bumpers before supplying land rover! Its sounds very simple but i am not going to fork our £600 for a new bumper then pay to have it painted and fitted has anyone got a solution maybe someone can fabricate a part.

well not sure about this as I have fitted a genuine HST kit and swapped my HSE park sensors and they fit perfect

Very odd as mine is a factory Hst and the outer sensors are flat and on the hse they are more oval shaped like an eye. Land rover have confirmed there different but cannot supply this part just the whole bumper where as on the hse you can buy the pdc mountings individually. VERY FRUSTRATING!! (SURLY THEIR MUST BE A LOGICAL SOLUTION)
