TV tuners for RRS 2005

Does anybody know if a tv tuner from a 2006 vouge will fit into a RRS 2005. Cheers

Many thanks. I've since found out it's a analogue TV Tuner/receiver and was in a 2006 L322 range rover. would you know if it's compatable. Kind regards. Mark
