My car came with the roof rails, to fit the cross bars in.
Since i never used this system, i would like to remove it.

Is it possible to remove without remaining demage, i.e. screw holes etc?
Are there little plastic plugs available to cover the remaining holes?
Perhaps there is a LR users guide?
