Upgrading lights on RR Sport

Hoping someone can help with this:
We have a customer based in Trinidad and he wants to know if he can upgrade the front and rear lights from his '07 Sport to the same as a current model

I believe that you can with the rears but not the fronts unless you change wings, bumper and grill.

Fornts have to be done with wing bonnet and bumper plusfixings and reprogramming for day lights, or losts of cut and shut.

rears are straight fit but require a resistor to work properly
