R4 Budget special

Just been listening to R4's Budget special and some twit wants £300 tax on 4x4's and large cars today with a promise of £600 next year or an increase to £600 over the next 2 years! Yikes. At least all the parties interviewed were agreed on one thing.................. we have to have an Aviation fuel tax, brought in tonight and an immediate doubling of Air Passenger duty.
Know anybody going off on holiday on a long haul flight in the next week or so, cause the public really have it in for you.......? 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

I don't know , I meant that as a question...... I'm sure I heard him say £210 on the 1% of new cars that have highest emissions

I wonder if I can get a grant to put loft insulation in the car and a windmill and solar panel on the roofrack as part of increasing the efficiency, that way while I'm away at sea it can put energy back into the national grid.............? 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
