Difference between a Scotland team and an England 1 is that EVERY 4 years the same lines get trotted out for them. "Its our best chance since '66", "They can go and do it this time!", "Its the spirit of 66" and then they go out and play like like a Highland League team, crash out and head home with excuses like Capello today! Scotland don't have a team due to the 2 biggest teams up here buying their teams rather than having a youth scheme! Every title is either Rangers or Celtic with their foreign players so Scotland will never build a team thanks to them!
