New to forum and straight in with a question!!

High miles range rover sport?????? Thoughts? any good or stay clear????

I have heard (and i may be wrong) the build quality isn't really up to what RR should be and unless under warranty, it could prove costly ?

Be appreciated if people could give me there thougths

I would say the RRS is no worse/better than RR generally - in fact repair costs should be less than a FFRR.

With respect to costs outside warranty, LR is no worse than any other 4x4 - some of the repair costs on a VW Touareg outside warranty are crazy - £6k transfer box refurb / £10k engine etc etc

If the price is right so you can get a full comprehensive warranty then it should be fine - it could however be a lemon (but with high miles on it already I'd doubt it)

Thanks Kaine, I am in the market for a sport for the wife and just dont want to open my legs if they do actually fall apart.

From my limited expereince of them, i love em, but i have a few friend in the car game who have had a few negative things to say.

Would you sugest getting a warranty on anything i buy?

I think warranty is worth getting on a RRS or anyother high priced car, just due to the outlay
