2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Java Black

I have just joined the club...

Im new to the forum and new to RRS ownership and ive just put the deposit down on a 08 TDV8 HSE in black. Cant wait to pick the big girl up at the end of the month
Will try and post some pics up when ive collected her. Drove a 2.7 V6 then the V8 what a beast. No competition. Awesome car.
Great site chaps and loads of good tips on here. I will need a tracker so if anyone knows of any good deals going then please let me know. Also at some point i will want to have a DVD and rear head rest screen put in to keep the kids happy so any recommendations welcome.

Mate - Congrats on the Car!!!

We are having a Forum Meet on 1st May, to celebarate the 40th Birthday of Range Rover - with a trip down the M40 to Gaydon for a day out - hoping to get about 10-15 RRS along for the meet and would be great to see you alongwith your new addittion.

Hi Mark and welcome, great choice with the car. the V8 is really good, great sound too.
With regard to the DVD set up, I have a pair of Rosen monitors in my head rests, top notch individual dvd players but are also linked together so both can watch the same film. they also tilt forward which is good for small people trying to look at monitors built into tall front seat. Also have 25 games built in, not hitech games but keep the ankle biters happy. They come complete with cordless headphones, can also tune the car radio into them to play through the stereo speakers.
