Hey everyone, new to the board and thought I would self-promote to get started. I've had my sport for a few years now and have been working on getting it in shape for off-road fun, which it totally rocks. My buddy's got a Rubi, and he's now decided to just leave it at home and ride in the rover, nothing wuite like heated seats and satellite radio when you're at serious off-camber. |

Had mine mildly offroading last weekend - had to wash it PDQ after I got home as the next day it was in to have the suspension knock cured! Nothing too difficult as I use my Defender for that sort of stuff!

Yeah, the rims are toast, but they were eBay specials off of a RRS HSE that the guy was going to 22s or something crazy. Made me happy and stepped me down to 19s so I could fit the 255/55R19 M/TRs on it! Had a heck of time convincing the Alexandria LR dealer that the 19" rims would fit, but once I convinced them it was possible they made it happen.

amazing video. I really envy you. You must be either very brave or very rich to put your precious over that rock, even with sliders |

I can't see why LR say that - the first RRS G4 vehicles were petrol versions (not SC), the chassis is the same for all RRS and the only reason I can think of is the ACC will have to be disengaged. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten 2009 Alaska TDV8 - Gone and much missed.

www.disco3.co.uk Of course over there they like to say that the furthest a RRS gets to go off road is a grass verge BTW cool vid, although it did end up costing me nearly 15 Euro last night, as I ended up buying an original 1988 issue CD of Flag on eBay, after hearing the "proper" version of The Race on your vid |
