miss my v8

I am seriously missing my tdv8 hse which has been in the bodyshop for repairs since friday last week. the repairs are due to a collision i had with a bmw 3 series in january, on the icy roads. It was the other guys fault. Then a week later some @*@*@*@*@* threw a brick off my windscreen which bounced onto the bonnet, leaving three small dents/scratches. It was parked outside my house at the time. Contacted police, who said that there was nothing they can do.
The other guys insurance company has provided me with a 58 plate tdv6 se, and boy can i feel the differnce in performance. Also with it being the se model it doesnt have all the toys like my car does. No disrespect to v6 owners but im sure glad that i went for the v8. The bodyshop says that i will hopefully get my car back at the end of the week. Its been a long two weeks without my pride and joy.

i was working at the weekend tim, but i would have loved to attend. ive never took the car offroad before, and i would love to try it. I went to kielder last summer with the kids, but i diddnt own the rrs then. i will keep a look out for the next event.
4wheeldrver i was first offered a mitsubishi outlander, but i refused them flat, and demanded a like for like vehicle, which the insurance company had offered me in the first place. a week later i got a call from a hire company in birmingham saying that the driver was on his way with a rrs. it was only when he arrived that i noticed it was a v6 se. but i didnt complain because i had waited so long already. He showed me the paperwork to say that they would be charging the insurance company £250 a day for the duration that i had the car. ouch!
like you say i shouldnt complain because stratstones only ever give freelanders.
