I have used these PLX systems before with some classic cars but only with the stackable sensor interface systems and the programable gauges from here.

But the same company now has this product that plugs in to an OBDII interface. I don't know much about RRS OBD port but presumably its a II (please correct me if I'm wrong !!!)

Then get the Rev app for your iPhone. Not read in to it too much yet but I think you should be able to read fault codes ?? as well as sensor readout from OBD port.
