hi all..
i have removed both this morning...
i have made 2 plate, hand made , by a draw found on forum.
i fitted them on bottom part of the 2 tubes without removing them.
i have removed the black part from the butterfly valve.


now at 1000 to 1500 rpm the car it's smooth and a little more quick....

i recommend it to everybody...

have you also removed the Lambda probes? They are a potential source of problems if you are running without the EGR's in. I had to remove it from my TDi300 Defender's engine and it made an even bigger difference to the economy and smoothness 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Over on our sister site disco3.co.uk this has been a much talked about topic. Do a search over there to see their findings - if I remember correctly some have put EGR blanking plates in which seems to produce the best results. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

i saw the internal of tubes very dirty and i think it's not good for the engine...
now i know that takes clean air from filter....
