I think there is probably more to it Tim, Brad said he was getting a window scraping noise when taking it up and down, I'm not getting that and tbh, I wouldnt say my door is rattling either (as I say, I hadnt even noticed mine missing Have you tried taking the panel off and having a look inside for any tell tale signs of previous damage before you take it to the stealers?? |

A little fairy liquid or tyre fitting paste on the tip of the stopper before offering it up to the hole will aid the refit |

The bumper is on but the weather strip around the door is hanging off! Its attached by a thin grey double sided sticky foam, which in this case is not that sticky.

I had the drivers side door seal replaced 3 times on last RRS - always came away in the same place - like it was never cleaned or prep'd correctly |
