Just one week left until I am out of warranty.
Is there anything I sould do/have done?

Interesting though that this time last year I had her serviced by an independant and was told I need 4 tires, this week those same tyres sailed through the MOT

Walk, run or take a taxi to the Dealer and get a 2010, you will be very happy!!! 

Have a word with your dealer about LR extended warranty, I know it's not cheap, but these vehicles do have a pretty high risk of costly repair bills (at ridiculously low mileages IMHO). I needed to use it in the first yr after original 3yr warranty had expired, and have just taken it on again for another year, (that's how confident I am of the product ). RRS TDV8 Buck Blue (no, not now in my dreams). ..........D3 TDclankety clankV6 ............BMW 318i

Change it !

Get it MOT'd at the stealers and get them to do a warranty check at the same time.

i got mine checked by an independent 4x4 specialist just before my warranty run out no problems were found better safe than sorry

Sit back don't worry

Now, pick up the phone and dial 0121-622-1369 ask to speak to "Kam" or "Simon"

Once they have put you through, say "I would like to arrange your extended warranty on my RRS"

then Provide info required and payment

Then sit back in your chair, thinking about how much money you have saved by not going to LR for it

Pick up phone again and call your local Jewellers and buy your wife something nice with the money you saved

Would love to change it but have lost too much on this one so cant see me buying another. 15000 mile in three years at a cost of £25k+ is hard to justify even though I haveenjoyed every mile.
