HST? How can I tell factory one?

Contemplating an hst diesel but there is lots about.

How can I tell the factory original vehicles? Was it an option from new? Or only avaiable to the SC model?

Any help would be great!

As a starter, I know some on here posted that it's on their V5, others it's not.

Can't help as to which models were inluded though.

Should be noted on the V5.

It was available on my TDV8. TDV8 HST STORNOWAY ON A 58
