Has anyone who owns a 2.7 TDV6 been infomed by their dealer or Land Rover that there is a characteristic reasonance through the steering wheel between 1600 and 1800 Rpms??

Hmmm, kind of yes.

I have a resonance from 1600 rpm upwards, was told it's a characteristic from 20' wheels.

Are you on 20's?

But characteristic is usually the answer to anthing I point ot while it still works. Then when it gives up, they find the problem and replace it.

Prevention is better than cure is something they don't seem to understand.

That resonance is still there in a slight form and I believe may be the transfer box. I will make sure the dealer is aware before it goes out of warranty. Or maybe it's just a "characteristic"  TDV6, MYO7 Java with Ivory leather, 19 inch wheels
