It's still inspected by humans.

But statistics show that 100% inspection will only detect 80% of the faults.

No inspection process is fool proof unfortunately, so the odd fault will always creep through.

It's just a pain in the a##e when the faults appear on your own vehicle.

yup...it's ok...i'll see if the dealer can take care of it. it's glaringly apparent but the fact that u know it's there makes it bad.
