One Day into Ownership

Bought a spotless V6 HSE yesterday - couple of years old - can't afford new!
Absolutely brilliant but 2 things surprised me:

1. HTC TyTnII (Win mobile) paired 1st time on bluetooth and downloaded all my contacts - great but the manual says BT shouldn't do that!
2. Side mirrors don't retract automatically - having come from FL2 that's a bummer

Great forum - learned loads already

Congrats Samd,

Enjoy.

On the Bluetooth contacts download, your car may have had the software upgrade applied retrospectively.

I had mine done, works perfectly.

Mirrors is a pain for a premium brand car, but you soon get used to flicking the switch down.

There is an explanation on here somewhere as to why, something about the car having a complex, half asleep, snoring and passout mode on the ecus to control various things and preserve battery power, when parked up.
