Kumho tyres

Guys, not been around for a long time (Apologies) but bloody busy with work stuff (And it's the summer too!)

I really would appreciate feedback on Kumho tyres.

I have 20" Stormers so are the 275/40 20's.

I have been quoted the following each for the back two tyres:

Conti's €350
Michelin Diamaris €320
Kumho €180

Now, it makes sense to me to get both the rears for pretty much the price of 1 x Conti but would appreciate a bit of feedback if anyone has fitted them.

ours is a lowly Surprised TDV6 HSE so no real power will be fed through them.

Thanks guys, and it's good to be back!!

Have been told this as well not only by a tyre fitter but also by several people have bought them and have had no complaints whatsoever - in the best Oriental tradition! I'm not sure about this but aren't Kumho the company that bought out Dunlop a few years back? 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Nope, those were the 3 choices I had.

Maybe the stealer in Limassol would have different options but not prepared to have my cap nailed on by them! Runner up - 2009 Best Avatar Award Sad

Over the weekend I was offroading with a group of other Defender owners and two of them were running their 90's on Kumhos - OK so they were Mud Terrain tyres they were running on, but both reported that they had no problems with the tyres and would recommend them over some of the remoulds and cheaper brands of tyres. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

TBH Tim, on a TDV6 i'm sure they'll be fine and at the price it's a no brainer.

Now, the next RRS we get will be a different matter Twisted Evil Runner up - 2009 Best Avatar Award Sad
