Cool side vents on Disco - can I have some for my RRS

I spotted an 09 reg Discovery / LR3 near Southampton the other day. It had a cooooooool side vents (see pic). Can I get these for my RRS?

I've been mad for flipping years, absolutely years, over the edge for yonks.

Dammit. They look so cool. How come they can have cooler side vents than us? Isn't the hole the same shape/size then? I've been mad for flipping years, absolutely years, over the edge for yonks.
