How to remove door wooden panel?

My wooden panels inside front doors vibrate sometimes and it's kind of irritating. It stops when I push that Land Rover logo spot.

Could anyone tell me how to remove this panel? 09 TDV6 HSE, Stornoway Grey/Black, Sat. DMB/Navi, 2GB memory, Rear view camera, 12 CD/MP3/DVD changer, 35% Lumar tinting, Custom exhaust tips
