Mickeysoft Excel templates

Anyone have or know where I can get some good excel templates for a home build (Mac edition) .. house is about to start and i want to track the full running costs to a reasonable level of detail...Some software out there at about $48 US for some software, could break would break the bank Another Pommie Bar Steward down under

tried a few sites, but looks like its further expenditure

Schmoogs, looked at the templates, just a bit basic for what i need.. looks like asking the bank for a larger mortgage to cover the $39

What about Bento2? I'm sure it will have a template for it, you can also then have it on your iphone.
