Personally have to agree with PJPR01 on this one. The tyres have different properties and hence behave differently...

And Smoogle, to avoid uneven wear on axles, I was allways to believe to swap front with rear on regular bassis... Worked allways, for me at least...

Horses for courses I guess. Everyone has to do what they're comfortable with

I'll rotate my rears to the front, increasing the wear rate there and hopefully they'll all need replacing at the same time.

I'vr got Goodyear Wrangler F1 as well and I heard it does good job in rain. But is it ok in snow? Tread pattern doesn't look like it's for 4 seasons even though Goodyear web site says it's all-season tire.

Never had problem with the Goodyear in the snow although never really had that much snow in the UK to have to try it out.
