Appalling - the thing is that no government employee will have the to do anything about it - they'll spend months and months pandering around her rather than do anything about it. Should not be allowed. Time decent management was put in place in a lot of these organisations to shake things up and stop pussy footing around. Waste of money a lot of it. Papering over the cracks creating the impression all is in hand and managed. A waste of taxpayers money. One of the many ... they ought to be took of her and she ought to be stopped from having more.
