2006 Range Rover Sport 4.4 V8 HSE Buckingham Blue

Stealer Story! Can you believe it? Any contacts?

So I imported my Range Rover from the States, its much cheaper there and come HSE fully loaded with rear screens and all! Only has 20000 miles and for a great price but customs are very high here so still very expensive were talking more than 70000dollars.

So I wanna send it to the dealer garage cuz i have some problems with the PDC and theres a problem with the driveline shunt which is so annoying and a couple other tweaks i wanna do.

I find out they ask for a "royalty fee" just cuz i did not buy the car from them and imported it on my own from the US. They are asking for 4000dollars just to accept to work on the car. RIDICULOUS! Any ideas? I was thinking of contacting Land Rover UK the corporate HQ. Any contacts? Ideas? Thx

That's crazy! My dealer has no issues about dealing with private imports, the LR warranty is worldwide.

Contact LR in the UK, PM 'VeryAnnoyed' - he has some contact numbers.

European cars got a European guaranty - USA guaranty doesn't work in Europe for an example.... - i guess its the same for your country .....

im not asking for warranty! just asking for them to accept to work on my car in their setup garage! will pay all expenses and bills just not charge a one time 4000 dollar fee just cuz i didnt buy my car from them!

an official or unofficial payment one asks, can they point to any official LR contract/paper work that requires a "sigining on Fee", i would expect not. Another Pommie Bar Steward down under
