2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Fuji White

power steering problem

I have a problem that when I start the engine the steering takes 3-4 seconds for the steering to work, my dealer has had the car on 4 seperate ocasions but still no jo, anyone else had a simalr problem. Tesla Model Y - 2023
