hi can any body give me some advice please i ordered a rrs and when i ordered it i told the sales rep i wanted bluetooth fitted and he failed to put it down on the order sheet and now there telling me i cant have it because it's to late even though he's told me the car's not me been built yet i'm fumeing can anybody tell me what i can do????

Are you sure you have ordered a RRS?

I thought Bluetooth was now standard on all models in the UK?

ETA: Beg your pardon - Option on S and SE!

In that case cancel your order if it hasn't got Bluetooth (as long as you can prove that you specified it and that the deal you negotiated included the cost). If it is genuinely the salesperson's mistake then they won't be too surprised.

Have you handed over any money?

If not simply refuse the vehicle as it is ot what you ordered! They are trying to put their mistake on you, stand tough and make a fuss and they will have to sort it out for you.

now i know why you call your self jonny fresh great advice i kicked up a right fuss an got what i ordered thank's jonny

Customer orders can be changed as late as twenty four hours before being launched to the build process. Arctic Frost TDV6 SE. Aspen Leather, Cherry Wood, Privacy Glass, PTI, Tow Pack, Mudflaps, Tasmods, a new Fuelflap, a RRSport.co.uk umbrella in the boot & a RRSport.co.uk sticker on the rear glass.
