Better get a Nectar Card or a Shell Driver's Club card to take advantage of all the visits to filling stations you will be making. Did you know that when the tank gets to 15ltr remaining your satnav will show the locations of the nearest filling stations? 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Misery measures journeys in fuel stops rather than miles.

Did that before today's journey! I had expected an average of 15-16 mpg (except when really giving it the beans of course) and would be happy with that. However, if there is something wrong I don't want to be chucking money away unnecessarily. |

do a search for "How thirsty REALLY is the 4.2 supercharged sport?" and you'll see several comments from s/c owners - answer is 15mpg is expected as VA says... bobby said something quite amusing too in that thread... Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE, Buckingham Blue with Ebony Black

I wouldn't mind 12 mpg if I was driving it properly (in fact I would probably be quite pleased), but I really was driving it like a Granny today as one of my dogs is prone to travel sickness - not good with Ivory trim!
