2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Zermatt Silver

How hard is it to replace a rear bumper?

Just bought a replacement rear bumper cover from ebay for 35quid.
Will cost me some to get a couple of scratches sprayed, but that aside
if anyone can give me any info on removing the current bumper cover
and refitting, I'd appreciate the help.

I repleaced my after that accedinent in the work shop..the harddess thing was to attached the brakets as the technician said to me maybe he wants more to be paid
