for your reference I'm recording any failures for the lighting - we have had 2 MR16's fail in the last 6 months - both have failed due to internal driver failures - i.e. the LED is stil fine however the internal driver has failed. Its an interesting point as the manufacturer is correct in stating the LED lifetime is 100,000 hours - however they are refering to the burn out and omit to say LED's suffer from other problems too. |

guys - if you drop me a PM with your details I'm more than happy to send you a MR16 or GU10 sample - I have to say just one may not be much use in giving you a feel to their performance as a whole though - let me know if your interested
