As this is clearly the font of al l knowledge I thought I would ask if the TDV8 can run on/or be converted to run on bio-diesel. I am not at all concerned about the environment (a couple of trips to dubai a year will ruin any attempts I might make to reduce my carbon footprint) however it might save me a few quid every time I fill up (although that has now gone back under £100 a tank which is a great relief!!)

If anyone has any knowledge on this let me know.

I'm not aware of anyone running their RRS on BD yet as the manufacturers' warranty is void if you do. You can use up to 5% BD in hydrocarbon diesel, but that won't save you very much.
I'm running my Defender and a 2005 Renault Grand Scenic on my own BD with no ill effects.

Thanks Oliman - I think I'll wait til my warranty is up and consider it then - soem of the supermarkets are stocking it now so there must be a demand for it.
