Hi

Following on from my previous post regarding the comparison between an X5 and a TDV8, I have to thank all those who advised a test drive - what a lovely vehicle to drive!!

I am now seriously in the market for a TDV8, and have come across a few imports (brand new) that seem to be very well priced indeed when compared to UK sourced cars.

What is the genereal consensus re. imported RRS? I have imported in the past (Alfa 156 from Ireland) and genereally had a good experience with no real penalty on resale and a 6k saving on purchase.

Would an imported RRS be worth less/a lot less in a few years compared to a UK equivalent in your humble opinions? Any other issues that I should be aware of, such as differences in spec, etc (my research suggests not but you never know)?

Any advice greatly appreciated.

TDV8 did you say...........I'm sure you must of seen the beautiful example that someone has for sale in the For Sale and Wanted section  Speed Limits! not where I live!

Before you commit to an import, let me know and we'll do our best to get as close as possible for a UK vehicle.

It's not an Import, UK car, UK registerded, UK supplied, it's just lived in Germany.

As for 50%.....................................
