Have a customer who needs mobile web access in their display vehicle (travels the UK) - aswel as allowing users access to the web from the vehicle, their head office would like to access the HD Camera's onboard so I need a static or dynamic IP too.

I have used one of the USB 3G cards to access internet and corporate VPN from home, and although not as good as a traditional fixed internet connection, it is usable and even YouTube streaming is acceptable!

Posts: 24350 | All our mobile data solutions are with Vodafone too, it's OK, but not stunning and to be fair, we're not asking our mobile apps to be generic internet "kiosks" - we're passing small chunks of data. If your client is looking to have a mobile internet facility for generic, adhoc use it's going to become very expensive as charging is per MB.  | ||
