ok in preperation for my reversing camera install I am trying to get my head around some of the theory.

Can you guys answer this question ?

how should the gnet unit be wired for auto switch over when reverse is selected ? ( is this a matter of taping into the reversing lights for power and the power causes the switch ?)

If you're doing the CarPC route, I think the camera is technically always turned on, however untill you click on the touch screen " Rear Camera" button to view the camera it will not be shown on the screen.
