License Plate Bolts Size

What size and type (machine bolt, screw) is the bolts used to hold the rear license plates in?

United States 2006 Range Rover Sport 4.4 V8 HSE Cairns Blue

Best to take one of them out to a local hardware store, they can measure it for you...or are you missing all of them?

If so, just grab a handful from the store and try them...probably by the 3rd of 4th one you'll have found the right size. PJPR

Yeah, unfortunately, mine never came with it. It's actually for european plates (the distance apart) not U.S. even though I'm in te US.

Sorry, over here all number plates are fixed with two-way tapes (3M). Malaysia Boleh!

Unless a kindly UK member wants to go out and dismount their plate to measure the bolts, I guess it's like PJ says - just grab a handful from your local hardware store and try them out.

I would, but all mine are held on by tape. Got done on monday £30 for my spacing. First time ive been hassled and they didnt even ask for me to prove to them i switched back Thumbs Up .
