This Recall Action issued June 2008 concerns the High Pressure Fuel Pump in non-UK TDV6 EU4 vehicles.

Yugoslavia 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Java Black

my TD V6 was a 2005 model and this happened to me back in November 2007. Noticed stink of diesel when I would switch off engine and exit car. They sorted it out at the local LR workshop eventually (1 month wait for parts). I suspect they won't recall 2005 cars because the warranty is now expired. I can't imagine the 2005 pump was somehow superior. RRS TDV6 (gone)
