Range Rover Vogue ignition problem

hi everyone

I'm writing on behalf of a friend of mine who reported a problem with his RR.

In high temperature outside (about 30C these days) there are problems with ignition. it takes about 5-8 seconds for the engine to start. in lower temperatures it starts normally.

I assume it is NOT normal. do you have any idea what could be the reason for that?

For reference, it has been 38 - 40 deg here last week or so and no problems with ignition on our Sport Runner up - 2009 Best Avatar Award

2008 Range Rover Sport 4.4 V8 HSE Java Black

43 Deg C. here in Arizona never had a problem! maybe bad petro, or another problem...
