Body Kit Development

Hi Guys

We have been working with a company who have been developing a RRSport body kit. I have some renderings of what the kit will be like once finished and wanted some feed back from RRSport drivers. Take a look and give me your comments, good or bad. The prices have not been confirmed yet, but the grills and bespoke stanless steel sports exhaust will be available separately.

I think the front grille & side vents, colour coded on a Java Sport, might be ok, if someone wants that all black stealth look.

I think the front spoiler / bumper is too square & boxy.

The larger wheel arches I can’t decide on, as my eye is constantly drawn to the bumper.

To be perfectly honest (& blunt too I guess Embarassed ) I wouldn’t be too gone on it. But I must qualify that by saying I’m not a fan of body kits in general. Grilles & trims yes, but body kits no.

Sorry Embarassed

Change for change's sake?
- Side air intake looks inferior IMHO.

Attention drawn to the front bumper and grill. Both are odd, again IMHO.

My advice, for whatever that is worth,

Front bumper
- Do something like Arden's, Sharpen it up somehow.
The Arden mesh is cool.

Side air vents.
- Standard is the best I've seen but colour coded.

Grill
- Something like HST but more badass. I'd like that.

Thumbs Up Thanks for asking.
Remember though, we're a bunch of HST hating mud pluggers (except i'm starting to like HST except for the exhaust). 2022 P440e AB

Actually... and this will shock Wink I don't think it's that bad personally. I'm not a massive fan of most kits on the RRS. I like the Arden kit and the OF Supersport kit looks good but as you all know I hate the HST with a vengeance, although it does look better in Rimini.

I think this kit is reasonably well balanced and I even don't mind the alloys. There. I've said it! Embarassed
