As much as there's lots of things wrong with the US, that sort of thing would never happen out there... they have a very different view of success.

The Netherlands is just as bad...
They're looking for a guy in Amsterdam, who wrecked the tires of almost 200 cars by now.

Also, 2 years ago when my dad still had his Touareg (which was always secured behind a gate), he left it out in the open for one night in Knokke (Belgium). The next morning there was a huge scratch from head-to-tail light.
