| I'll need to measure them during the week, but they are good. The two fronts have plenty of life of them and the rear I would say are worn half way. |

I too suffered from the knock, I was changing the front ARB every few months, then last summer I changed the front lower wish bones and this has fixed the problem of the knock.
It worked out cheape ... |
