That seems quite reasonable to me, especially from a dealer and its quite low mileage.
As for the Supercharged badge, I see lots of diesel and non s/c with them stuck on, also black badges. Not sure ... |

Have you ejected the DVD cartridge and reloaded?
If not, worth a try as this happened to mine and this cured it.
